Helping families navigate probate is personal to me. My grandmother’s estate remained in probate for nearly two years, and I remember how overwhelming and confusing the experience felt. I often wished our family had someone who could help us understand the process and what to do next. That experience stayed with me and is a big part of why I chose to help families dealing with probate and inherited property.

As a Southern California real estate professional and founder of Lola Loves Real Estate, my approach is simple: Listen first. Understand the situation. Then build a plan. I help families understand their real estate options, whether that means preparing and selling the property, selling as-is, keeping it as a rental, or simply taking time to decide.
I don’t believe every probate conversation should begin with, “Are you ready to sell?” I believe it should begin with, “How can I help?” My goal is to be the knowledgeable, compassionate real estate resource I wish my own family had during our probate experience.
I can help coordinate the real-estate side of the estate: property preparation, clean-outs, estate sales, repairs, maintenance, contractors, and tenant-occupied properties. Legal and tax matters remain with the appropriate professionals.
